- Reasonable market assumptions for taxes, insurance, appreciation, and rent growth.

Real-world conditions evolve constantly. The following can change at any time and may differ significantly from the values shown in your scenarios:

- BAH rates and other military allowances.
- Property taxes, homeowners insurance, and HOA fees.
- Rental market rates, vacancy, and maintenance costs.
- Home appreciation and long-term equity outcomes.
