Troubleshooting

Quick fixes before you write in

A scenario won't save or recalculate

  1. Check that all required inputs are filled and mortgage rate is between 1% and 20%.
  2. Refresh the page and try again — your inputs are auto-saved as a draft.
  3. If the error continues, send the scenario name to support.

BAH or pay numbers look wrong

  1. Confirm your ZIP code, rank, and dependent status on the Profile screen.
  2. Use Verify Rates to compare against the official DoD table.
  3. If a published rate looks off, choose 'Compensation/Rate Discrepancy' in the support form.

Premium features still locked after upgrade

  1. Sign out and back in to refresh your access status.
  2. Check the Profile area for your subscription label.
  3. Contact support with your account email — we can refresh access manually.
