MilHousing Playbook™ is an educational planning tool for military housing decisions. It is not financial advice, not investment advice, not tax advice, and not legal advice. The service does not guarantee any investment outcome, return, or break-even result.

All estimates and projections are based on the inputs you provide and on official compensation tables when available. Real-world outcomes may vary materially due to market conditions, lender terms, taxes, fees, allowance changes, and personal circumstances.

You are solely responsible for your housing, mortgage, and financial decisions and for consulting qualified professionals (lender, financial planner, tax advisor, legal counsel) where appropriate.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

You agree to use MilHousing Playbook™ for lawful, personal financial planning only. You will not:

• Abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or Premium access.
• Bypass, manipulate, or attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or security controls.
• Use the service to harass other users or to violate any law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, charge back valid purchases, or attempt to evade Premium gating.

Premium access is sold as a one-time purchase tied to a fixed PCS-cycle window (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Premium is not a recurring auto-renewing subscription. Access expires at the end of the selected window and you may renew at your discretion.

Premium unlocks features such as unlimited scenarios, side-by-side comparison, advanced affordability and equity analysis, branded PDF exports, and priority support response on launch. The exact feature set may evolve.

When Premium expires, your saved scenarios and profile data are preserved. You will return to free-tier limits until you renew. Returning members may qualify for loyalty pricing.

Premium is delivered immediately on purchase. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, contact fern.rootllc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your account email and reason. Refunds may be denied where Premium features have been substantially used.

Promotional and beta access codes are issued at our discretion, may be limited to specific users, and may be revoked if misused. Codes have no cash value.

All software, design, copy, branding, calculators, and original content on MilHousing Playbook™ are owned by MilHousing Playbook™ and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative products from the service without prior written permission. You retain ownership of the data you input.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilHousing Playbook™ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost savings, or financial losses arising from your use of the service or decisions made using its outputs. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We work hard to keep the service reliable but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, calculators, and pricing may change as compensation tables and market conditions evolve.

MilHousing Playbook™ is independently developed. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Coast Guard, or the U.S. Government. References to military pay, BAH, and allowances are based on publicly available information for educational planning only.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MilHousing Playbook™'s operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
